01 Bi-Directional Opposed Pressurization System

While the “Primary Pressurizing Mechanism (large hydraulic cylinders)” applies collective pressure downstream, the “Secondary Pressurizing Mechanism (small hydraulic cylinders)” is positioned to apply independent counter-force from the downstream side back toward the upstream side. This opposed pressurization allows for extremely precise adjustment of the individual pressure balance for each roll.

02 Linear Pressure Transmission & Upper/Lower Counter-Force Structure

The main pressurizing axis, along with the receiving and transmitting sections of the roll supports, are aligned perfectly in a straight line (horizontally) when viewed from the front. This minimizes pressure loss to the absolute limit. Simultaneously, the secondary pressurizing mechanisms placed above and below apply a well-balanced counter-force, maintaining an ideal, distortion-free pressurization line.

03 In-Line Pressure Detection & Control

A high-precision “Pressure Detection Unit” is integrated into the receiving section of each roll support. By monitoring the actual pressure applied from both sides in real time, the system can easily and reliably perform feedback adjustments to the optimal pressure, even when faced with variations in material thickness or changes in viscosity.

04 Wedge-Type Gap Adjustment Mechanism

A proprietary “Gap Adjustment Mechanism (wedge structure)” featuring opposing sloped surfaces is installed between each roll support. Micron-level gap adjustments can be made simply by operating the control panel. This mechanism firmly maintains a consistent gap while allowing the pressure to be controlled independently.

05 Distortion Prevention via High-Precision Rail Guides

A highly rigid “Rail Guide” is positioned at the lower part of the main frame opening, allowing the guide receivers on the bottom of the roll supports to slide smoothly. This completely eliminates pressure loss caused by frame distortion or deflection during pressurization, guaranteeing highly reproducible processing. Furthermore, a “Retraction Member (following mechanism)” ensures smooth roll release during setup changes.
