| Highlights |
The demand for manufacturing equipment of lithium-ion batteries for cars has been increasing because the sale of gasoline-powered cars will be banned in major countries in the next 20 years. Thus, we have been performing well even through the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the demand has been increasing for manufacturing equipment of semiconductors and 5G smartphones with the shift to autonomous cars. ・Additional compensation is provided three times a year: summer, winter, and year-end. Regardless of age, your annual income varies based on your performance. ・We have a high percentage of young employees in their 30s and an open company culture that encourages them to share their opinions freely. ・We offer a comfortable working environment with supportive leadership and no workplace harassment. ・We outsource manufacturing and focus on design and development. ・You will be responsible for everything from order receipt to the delivery of a single unit of equipment.
